"Normally, I don’t write reviews, but I felt I needed to after continually back and forth since October. Unfortunately , after trying to switch car insurance and paying for insurance and health policy within a week the policy was cancelled due to husband driving record. Once policy was canceled, I asked for a refund. Than god my old policy with different insurance company haven’t canceled yet. After continuously calls to agency and state farm customer service, emails, text messages and excuses I was finally issued a refund for the health policy then couple of weeks after only HALF of the premium insurance. Not sure why I was only issued half when I paid $464 and no one could tell me why. So again after all the back and forth , calls last week asking to speak with a manager of course I was told no one was available to speak with me nor haven’t called back ,emailed nothing. As I was told the second part was “supposedly” mail and should receive by December 16 after being “supposedly “mailed November 25. I’ve asked for tracking updates nothing. Was even told that the check hasn’t been issued. So I’m confused has the check been sent or not? I’m very annoyed and would like the remaining of my refund that I’m owed."

"I have not spoke to Aquilas since i got my insurance. That was the beginning of this year. The ladies he have working for him is not doing their job. They they told me that they were dropping me August 5. I decided to get insurance August 3 since then they have been billing me and will not refund me for those payments. No one will let me speak to Aquilas. I still have rental insurance with them, but I will be taking My Business elsewhere. Bad communication on their behalf."

Alanis worked very hard to make changes on an HO6 policy to bring it in compliance with HOA requirements. I appreciated her staying on top of the situation until it was resolved. Thank you."
